Festival terms of use

1. Who runs the festival

These terms govern your use of kitetailbluff.com ("Kitetail Bluff", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of kitetailbluff.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may fly

Use of Kitetail Bluff is limited to people aged 19 or over, and using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Festival coins are virtual

• The games run on virtual coins that cost you nothing.
• Coins carry no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property of any sort.
• Nobody can purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
• Nothing with real-world value is offered as a prize.
• We can adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any moment.

4. No real-money gambling on the bluff

Kitetail Bluff will not offer or promote real-money gambling, and it does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your festival account

• Tidecliff Tethers and Gingham Gale require a free account. Hold just one per person and keep it unshared.
• Your password stays private. If another person has used your account, let us know immediately.
• Delete your account from the account page whenever you choose. It happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
• Where an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe its holder is under 19, we may suspend that account.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account, are not your property, and can be reset.

6. Rules of the cliff top

Do not try to disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer coins for trade or allow anyone under 19 on it.

7. Keeping the festival running, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Liability that the law does not permit to be limited is not limited by these terms, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Ontario and Canadian law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada in force there.
